How to Reinstall Your Software or FontYou can download and install a replacement copy of your software at no charge, if:
- you purchased any of our products within the past year; or
- you purchased Postage $aver Pro, Postage $aver Lite, or Postage $aver for Parcels more than a year ago, and you have renewed your registration and it is current.
What if my software is older, or my email address has changed?
Transferring your set-up information automatically:
If you are installing your software onto a different computer, and you still have the computer where the software was installed originally, you can easily transfer your settings.
On your original computer, run the software, go to the File menu, and select Backup Settings. Save the backup file to a flash drive or anywhere else that you can access from the new computer. Once you've installed the software on your new computer, run the software, go to the File menu, and select Restore Settings from Backup, and load the backup file that you created.
After transferring your settings, you will still need to enter your registration codes, which you can have resent automatically using the form above.
What if my email address has changed?
If you have changed your email address and not notified us of the change, you will not be able to use this page until we change our records. Please use this form to send us your current and previous email address so that we can make the update. We process all requests as soon as possible, usually within one business day. Once we let you know that our records have been updated, you will be able to come back to this page to get what you need.
Registration codes for older purchases:
If you purchased a copy of Postage $aver Pro, Postage $aver Lite, or Postage $aver for Parcels, we will provide registration and update codes, and you can download replacement software, as long as your registration is current. If your registration has expired, you can renew it and it will be considered current.
We do not provide registration or download codes for Smart Barcoder or the SmartBars 12 font more than one year after your purchase. You are welcome to download replacements of those products from our web site without limit if you still have your original codes, but replacement codes will not be provided.
