Sales Tax Information:
IF you are located in Texas, please choose one of the following. (If not in Texas, the selection does not matter.):
We pay Texas sales tax, so please add it to our charges.
We are located in Texas but we are exempt.
If you chose "exempt" and you are located in Texas, please fax a completed tax exemption form to us at 832-201-0632. We will charge you for the tax if we do not receive your form within 24 hours of your order. Thank you.
If you pay by credit card, the payment form will ask for a "CSC" number. This is the card security code, usually a 3 or 4-digit number, which is not part of the credit card number. The CSC is typically printed on the back of your credit card (usually in the signature strip) or above the card number on the front. On some cards, all or part of the card number appears before the CSC, for example, 1234 567. In this example, 1234 are the last four digits of the credit card number, and 567 is the CSC. The number appears only on the card itself (not on receipts or statements), so by requiring it, we provide you additional safety against fraudulent use of your card.
