If you are a registered user and need your registration codes, the current update code, or instructions for downloading a replacement copy of our software, please see our Resend Codes page to have that information resent automatically. You do not need to wait for our personal response.
Please note that the update code changes with each update. If you are being told that your update code is incorrect, you probably are using the code you were originally sent, rather than the current code, or you are using the current code with an obsolete version. Please go to Resend Codes to have the current codes and download instructions automatically resent.
