We know that downloads often are lost when you purchase a new computer or crash a hard drive, so we make it easy for you to get your Postage $aver product running again.
If you have purchased any of our products within the past year, or you purchased Postage $aver before that but have a current renewed registration, you are welcome to download a current copy at no charge. We will also resend any necessary registration codes.
Or, if your software is telling you that you need to update to the current version, but you have lost or did not receive the email we sent with your update instructions, you may have those resent as well.
All you need is the email address that you gave us for registration and updates. Just enter it below and we will immediately email the information you request.
If you have a registered copy of Postage $aver Pro or Postage $aver Lite, but your registration has expired and not been renewed, you will first be asked to renew your registration. If you know you need to renew, please click here to renew online or for details on renewing via mail. Please note that you do NOT need to renew in order to receive registration codes and download instructions if your registration is current.
If we are unable to identify you from the email address you provide, you will see a screen telling you that we are not able to fulfill your request using this automated system. If that occurs, please send us your current and previous email address so that we can update our records, and let us know the information you need. We process all manual requests as soon as possible, usually within one business day.
Please note that this system is not immediately updated as orders are placed. If you have recently purchased your software, it may be several days before you are able to retrieve information using this page. Similarly, if you renew an expired registration, this system will continue to tell you that you must renew until the system is updated.
